Jason Dillon has been starting, building, and running businesses for over 25 years. Based in Kansas City, Missouri, he has founded multiple successful companies from the ground up — not as an investor watching from the sidelines, but as an operator who has done the hiring, the scheduling, the customer calls, and the payroll. That hands-on experience is what makes Get Paid to Retire Holdings different from every other buyer you might encounter.
His companies include Midwest Bed Bug Services, a pest control company he grew from zero into a successful regional operation; KC Crawl Space Specialists, a home services company he built and scaled across the Kansas City metro; and Top Button Marketing, a full-service marketing agency. He has also founded and grown several other service companies across the KC area over the past two decades. These weren't acquisitions — they were startups built from nothing, the same way most of the owners he works with built theirs.
That background gives Jason something no financial buyer has: he knows what it actually takes to keep a service business running day to day. He understands routes, technicians, dispatch, seasonality, customer retention, and the thousand small things that determine whether a business thrives or quietly falls apart after the original owner walks away.
For the past 10+ years, Jason has been specifically focused on helping business owners transition into retirement through seller financing and retirement partnership structures. This isn't a side project — it's what Get Paid to Retire Holdings was built to do. He has worked with owners across more than 19 industries, structuring agreements that allow them to exit on their own terms: no broker, no auction, no private equity firm, no disruption to the people and customers who depend on the business.
